Workforce Solutions Coastal Bend

*This is a Work Experience (work-based learning) position available through Workforce Solutions Coastal Bend. All candidates will be considered after program eligibility is determined.


Maintaining the office appointment book for all clinicians

● Answering phone calls and providing information to callers

● Performing clerical tasks

● Providing information about the basic counseling services offered to our clients

● Answering calls or referring inquiries about the counseling services and informing the clients of the insurances accepted

● Greeting clients, sending and receiving office correspondence and setting appointments

● Communicating with clients about their upcoming appointments within 24 hours to prevent no-shows ● Handling administrative support tasks such as answering phones, receiving visitors, sorting and distributing mail.

● Make sure the lobby has hand sanitizers for clients and wipe down counters to prevent spread of any communicable diseases.
